Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which bookings made through NosyTrip may be modified or cancelled. By confirming a booking through our website, you agree to the conditions described below.

Cancellation by the Customer

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible through our website or support email. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation.

  • 7 days or more before the scheduled trip: Full refund of the booking amount.
  • 3–6 days before the scheduled trip: 50% refund of the booking amount.
  • Less than 72 hours before the trip: No refund may be provided.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during the booking whenever possible.

Modification of Bookings

Customers may request changes to travel dates or participant details depending on availability. Modification requests should be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity.

Cancellation by NosyTrip

In rare circumstances, NosyTrip may cancel a tour or activity due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Safety concerns
  • Operational or logistical issues
  • Force majeure events

In such cases, customers will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule their booking.

Refund Processing

Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days depending on the payment provider (PayPal, MVola, Orange Money, or Airtel Money).
