If the forecast indicates rain, strong winds, or rough seas, the Host will contact the Guest 24–48 hours in advance to mutually cancel or reschedule the reservation at no penalty. No smoking is permitted inside the boat cabin.

- 🐠 Guest Responsibility – Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. The Host is not liable for any lost or damaged items during the rental.
- 🍹 Food & Beverages – Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Please help keep the boat clean and dispose of waste responsibly.
- 🚭 No Smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the boat cabin at all times.
- 🌊 Swimming & Snorkeling – Guests swim and snorkel at their own risk. Life jackets are available on board and must be worn upon request.
- 👶 Children & Minors – Children are welcome on board but must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Life jackets are mandatory for children.
- 🔢 Maximum Capacity – The boat has a maximum passenger capacity that must not be exceeded at any time for safety reasons.
- 🐬 Respect for Nature – Guests are kindly asked to respect the marine environment. No littering, no touching or disturbing coral reefs, and no feeding of wildlife.
- ⚓ Itinerary Changes – The Host reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any time based on weather, sea conditions, or safety concerns.
- 📵 Guest Conduct – The Host reserves the right to end the rental early without refund in the event of unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior by any guest.
